About Justin Duffy

Attorney Justin Duffy knew from the time he was in college that he wanted to be a criminal defense lawyer. While working his way through college and excelling in every subject he studied, he worked for a local criminal defense lawyer and began learning about the profession before even going to law school. While in law school, as a certified student attorney, he regularly appeared in court on cases involving everything from misdemeanors to felonies.

He began working with The Law Office of John J. Leunig while in law school, and after graduating magna cum laude he came on board as a trial attorney. Since that time he has distinguished himself as an incredibly hard-working, intelligent and imaginative criminal defense lawyer. He has been involved in every aspect of the firm’s work in cases involving DWI, assault, drugs, criminal vehicular homicide, criminal sexual conduct and many other areas of criminal defense. His strong work ethic, intelligence and unique ability to relate to clients, judges, prosecutors, jurors and others in the court system are a great asset to the firm and help ensure optimum results to all the firm’s clients in the collaborative environment that exists in the law firm.
